Pitsco began as not much more than a product flyer and a handful of kits and curriculum. But an unwavering focus on offering innovative solutions and great customer service has grown a weekend endeavor into a multifaceted corporation with thousands of products and close to 200 employees. And while time and success have changed Pitsco’s appearance, every division, product, and employee of Pitsco is dedicated as ever to learner success.

Since its inception, Pitsco has been a company dedicated to helping students and teachers succeed. After more than 40 years of innovation, Pitsco products and solutions now serve more than seven million students every year.

Catalog Division delivers innovative products for STEM classrooms

Student success is the goal that drives Pitsco Education to invent new kits, develop teacher guides, and create tools for the classroom that engage and inspire learners. Pitsco Education helps students succeed by offering a robust array of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) classroom solutions. Our annual Big Book catalog – with more than 350 pages of STEM kits, products, and hands-on activities – has become a favorite of many teachers.

Curriculum Division provides project-based curriculum for the 21st-century learner

Pitsco Education is the leading provider of age-appropriate, student-centered K-12 learning solutions. Our standards-based K-12 curriculum promotes student success through positive and challenging learning experiences. Our curriculum combines relevant hands-on activities and a team-based, student-directed learning environment to deliver core courses and career skills in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Engineering Academy constructs opportunities to explore engineering careers

Pitsco's Academy programs provide an integrated teaching method that engages students in hands-on engineering and design activities that enhance knowledge and problem-solving skills in the areas of science, technology, math, and especially engineering. The series of units and courses helps students connect classroom concepts to real-world applications.

Missions is a Math, Science and Technology program.  It is a hands-on/minds-on cooperative learning system for all students in grades kindergarten through six.

Modules provides middle schools with self-sufficient workstations with students working in pairs to complete each learning module. Over 90 modules come under the categories of Technology, Family and Consumer Science, Science,  Information Technology, and Mathematics. The structured framework enables the instructor to spend more time working with students.

Suites are a new approach to teaching some of the most important – and most difficult – concepts that high schools are challenged to teach. Each Suite uses multimedia instructions and theme-based experiences to mix careers, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and quality management into nine weeks of classes.
